fantastic experience! loved it!

this resort is awesome!! i really enjoyed the all-inclusive meals and drinks. the team worked hard and made me comfortable, especially mahmoud and emad. the beach is naturally beautiful with gradual water depth, and there is variety of pools.
the walkways were a little slippery, and i nearly slipped several times. i think the hotel should address this safety issue.

the resort offered various activities daily and i really liked it. the numerous pools and slides were a hit, keeping everyone entertained. i am already planning my return visit for another nice vacation.
the absence of slippers in the room was noticeable, especially since the floors tended to be cold.

the staff was always ready to help, providing super service. tawfek hafez, aladdin, and emad safwat were a very good team. the team worked very well. the reception was helpful.

the staff are friendly and helpful. mahmoud kept our rooms super clean and comfortable, especially rooms 1143 and 1139. aladdin at the reception bar was very attentive. osama, the pool guard, was always friendly and ready to assist.
the beach isn't ideal for swimming as you must walk quite far to reach deeper water.

The culina restaurant and tagline restaurants offer excellent food options. Hassan and mahmoud provided superb service. zakaria at the beach restaurant and bar is friendly and helpful. Every meal was a delight. the food was AMAZING!!!
