repetitive breakfastslow room service

i was a bit let down during my recent stay the breakfast buffet felt quite repetitive i hoped for more variety especially considering the hotel's reputation also the room service was slower than expected sometimes it took over an hour to get a simple order this made late night cravings a bit of a hassle the location is great but these service issues dampened my experience a bit

The hotel staff were ALWAYS polite. My room had a nice sea view. I enjoyed the beach access. I found the food was very good . The super nice team and made sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were very clean and modern. I appreciated the daily towel service. The beach bar had excellent food and drinks.

I noticed some steep walkways and steps around the premises, which MIGHT be difficult with mobility issues.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to BOTH the public beach and the private beach. The private beach had pebbles. HIGH-quality sunbeds were available with bar service nearby.

The hotel IS expensive. I upgraded to a more expensive room. IT FACED a wall and a road. The scenery was picturesque but NOT ideal.

the beds were notably firm and spacious. i found the toilets large and appreciated the rainfall shower. the big screen tv and daikin ac contributed to a comfortable stay. i liked the nespresso machines at breakfast, offering consistently great coffee to start the day.

I noted that the pool bar required payment upon ordering. it felt a bit distrustful. It was as if they thought we might run off. i found this practice odd, especially since the upstairs bar allowed billing at the end.
