The staff was always helpful! They remembered my name and room number after just one interaction. I found the grounds very well kept, with gardeners constantly working. I appreciated the plentiful supply of fresh towels at both the pool and beach areas. The room was super clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job each day.

The minibar prices were a bit high.
