The check-in process took longer than expected. A problem with the room reservation caused a delay. I also encountered issues with the service at the pool bar. An attendant tried to add other guests' drinks to my bill. This was unethical and unprofessional. The salad I ordered at the bar was also very disappointing.

this visit was very nice. the staff offered a service. our room was clean, with comfortable furnishings and modern decor. fresh fruit and chocolates were a welcome surprise. the attention to detail, it exceeded my expectations.

the minibar prices are a bit high, but that's fairly typical for hotels.

the outdoor pool are was acceptable as the water temperature was just right.

my room didnt get cleaned properly one day, and when i told the front desk, they acted like i was asking for the moon. then, the minibar prices were insane, like they think their guests are made of money. i was charged for a bottle of water i didn't even open.
