The breakfast had many choices. I could easily skip lunch. the staff at yalumba were very friendly, pema, susmita, and nanda displayed warm hospitality. i received a lovely farewell cake. It was a thoughtful touch.
i found the room to be quite smelly. there were also many mosquitos in the room because i booked a room with outside garden access. the water from the shower was unstable, with hot and cold water coming out intermittently.

The room had excellent facilities and was very clean. I especially appreciated the garden room being close to the pool, very convenient. The staff, including the lifeguard and room attendants, were lovely and helpful. The location near the airport is also a plus.
Check-in took longer than expected. Each person ahead of me took about 10 minutes or more, so I waited for 30 minutes.

The staff at the gym were cute and professional (especially Sehrish aamir). They greeted everyone with a smile and provided helpful information. Their positive attitude and excellent service created a great atmosphere for all guests. I appreciated it.

i find this hotel a nice surprise. the breakfast features many tasty options, i noticed a full gym with various equipment. the reception team helped me with directions. the hotel provides a relaxing, friendly atmosphere.
the walk from the nearest terminal requires a long way.

the hotel's proximity to the airport provides great convenience. despite being close, the area felt peaceful, not noisy. i find several shops and restaurants nearby made outings simple.

the staff were polite. the housekeeping was excellent. the hotel included complimentary happy hour every day. it happened from six to eight with food and drinks.
The sound proof windows were not efficient. i had a garden view room. it turned out to be a parking area view. This felt misleading. the windows did not block outside noises.

I really liked the room. It had excellent facilities and was very clean. The garden room was close to the pool and this was very convenient for me (i enjoyed the pool a lot!).
The signage to the rooms was hard to read. I walked around in circles for about ten minutes before i found my room. The shiny gold letters were cute but hard to discern with the light on them.

mixed feelings about this stay
missing towelearly morning noise
the reception was a bit chaotic, you know. i had to ask three times for an extra towel, and it still didn't arrive. it really interrupted my sleep, there should be better soundproofing in the rooms.
