lovely stay
polite stafffood selectionneat roommaintenance lacking
i was please with my stay, the staff was polite. the food selection had good choices. i found the room to be neat with good features.
i did find the maintenance lacking for areas that were under repair. these areas should have signs for better information.

the club twin room had two comfortable beds, a work desk, and a small seating area. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, with ample space. toiletries were provided in full size bottles.

the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, along with free weights. the pool area had twenty loungers and a shaded sectionwith a peaceful place. there are three restaurants with a variety of menus.

the front desk staff quickly helped with check-in and check-out procedures. the restaurant staff was attentive, they quickly cleared plates and refilled drinks. housekeeping provided daily service and answered requests quickly.

the buffet had good variety (i especially liked the asian options). the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i found the staff's responsiveness to be excellent. the room had two separate sinks, convenient.

the staff members are really lovely AND cute. good service was always provided and the people were wonderful. i'll definitely come back.
i visited the hotel in the area. every time i visit, be it for dining or events, i am always met with disappointments. at the lobby coffee shop, on the sofa where i was seated, there WAS a dead fly. also, there was no water served after being seated at the lobby coffee shop.
