I appreciate the team at the Shamiana restaurant. Restaurant Manager Navneet Tripathi and his team demonstrated really good attentiveness. They anticipated my needs at the table and promptly replenished items from the buffet. The chefs Devang, Biju Philiph, Rohan Tendulkar, and Narayan prepared delicious dishes to accommodate specific requests.

I noticed the minibar prices are slightly higher compared to similar establishments, but the quality justifies it.

The room service menu said the goan fish curry included basmati rice, but i got brown rice. it's not a big deal, but i expect better accuracy. also, the music at mangrove bar was terrible. Whoever picked it must be a kid! it really ruined the atmosphere.

my wife and i booked a beautiful room mangrove view king bed and received an upgrade to a lavish suite. the evening cocktail at the club was excellent and they catered well to our vegan needs. the surrounding atmosphere felt calm and serene due to the abundant greenery.

i requested a deal for an extended stay but the duty manager could not offer one. the price remained the same as listed on the taj website. i found this surprising given the low occupancy rate at the hotel.

the pool area is very clean and well maintained. it offers a great spot for relaxation. the gym includes three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights for varied workout routines.

the front office manager joyce maitra and her team made check-in very smooth. the housekeeping team, including radhika, sujit, and sahil, kept my room very comfortable. the shamiana team was attentive. They anticipated my needs at every meal.

The minibar summary required self-calculation at the front desk. I had to manage this myself.
