I found the housekeeping very attentive especially utkarsh ensured my room was super clean each day i appreciated the thoughtful touch of finding everything neatly arranged upon my return the staff seemed to anticipate my needs. i liked varun at the lobby he was always available to assist with directions and local tips making my explorations easier. i also appreciated the fast resolution to a minor issue with the television. Assistance arrived within minutes of my call.

the concierge was a little slow getting my luggage to my room when i arrived but this was rectified quickly.

staff members were consistently polite and helpful throughout my stay i observed them readily assisting guests with inquiries and requests a concierge was always available to assist with travel arrangements. i saw that the front desk staff handled check-in efficiently.

i found the housekeeping team cooperative especially utkarsh. the team hospitality will forever be ingrained in my memories. upon entering the room i consistently found it immaculate. utkarsh thoughtful gestures enhanced our stay.

i ordered a king fisher ultra at the bar it took the staff about 7 to 8 minutes to inform me they didn't have any stock. the happy hour menu was quite sad. they advertise happy hour but had very little choice. they weren't flexible with swapping beers.
