great variety attentive staff slight delay long wait

The breakfast spread offered a great variety! The staff at the restaurant was very attentive to my needs. I found the location to be quite convenient. It allowed for easy access to nearby attractions. That's something I really appreciate!

I experienced a slight delay in getting my requested items. That was a bummer. the elevator wait times were a bit long. It caused some inconvenience when trying to get to my room. I didn't like it!

The breakfast service felt chaotic. Long queues meant a wait of up to 20 minutes just to be seated. i observed that cleared tables were not promptly reset, slowing everything down. the staff seemed overwhelmed despite their friendliness, a definite management oversight. my room card was repeatedly deactivated, requiring multiple trips to reception for reactivation. this was inconvenient and disrupted my schedule.

The breakfast had something for everyone and they catered well to food allergies. The staff was VERY helpful. I found the views excellent, a real plus.

The check-in experience took quite some time. Service, while friendly, WAS a little slow. I waited longer than expected.
