rooms are spacious and fitted with nice furniture. amenities include an iron, hair dryer, and shoe polish. a beautiful shower room, tea and coffee facilities, and bottled water are provided in each room. you only need to ask for more.

the staff provides attentive service. every staff member is willing to go the extra mile. the welcome at the hotel porch makes the staff appear to enjoy their jobs. this is extended into the reception and check-in desk.

the staff were consistently helpful . they ensured i felt comfortable and welcome, nice (i appreciated that).
The room looked a bit tired. the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, and there was hair on the floor. housekeeping didn't replace the shower gel. I had to keep asking. the tables in the room were also dirty with cup rings.

the pool area was a letdown it smelled of bird droppings and had nets overhead there were only three loungers available the hotel entrance was confusing even for taxi drivers
