mixed feelings about recent stay
cold welcome un courteous security guard
the breakfast options were good providing a decent start to the day.
this visit felt different from previous stays the welcome at the security counter was cold the security guard seemed un courteous at check-in we were not offered a welcome drink despite being four people across two rooms it was like the hotel's hospitality had declined. the usual freshness and cleanliness upon check-in was also missing making the experience less enjoyable than before.

a good experience
clean hotel adequate space diverse options friendly service
i found the hotel clean. the room had adequate space. the breakfast buffet included both Indian and international options. Satyam, the room service staff, gave very personalized and friendly service.

breakfast buffet south indian options hotel gym bathroom mildew unfresh scent dim lighting
The breakfast buffet HAS great variety. I particularly appreciated the south indian options. The hotel gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes for workouts. My room service orders arrived quickly and were accurate.
The bathroom in my room had some noticeable mildew. The toiletries provided lacked a fresh scent. I found the hallway lighting somewhat dim.

The breakfast spread included many options. The staff accommodated dietary preferences. Quality of the food was AMAZING!!!
The work desk chair had broken lather. There was a water leakage in the balcony. This made it look dirty in this kind of luxury hotel.
