poor air quality moldy smell

The biggest issue was the poor air quality in my room. When I arrived, it was clear there was a lot of air freshener. The air from the air conditioner was humid and had a moldy smell. It made it unpleasant to be in the room.

attentive staff comfortable bed vegan options quality service

i found the staff very attentive and helpful. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. breakfast had many vegan options and dinner from the a la carte menu was surprisingly good.

the air quality in the rooms wasn't as fresh as i would have liked, but it was a minor issue.

the staff addressed every request promptly (even those made late at night). team members were always courteous and ready to assist guests with directions and information. their professionalism greatly enhanced the experience.

the gym features treadmills and weight machines. i found the pool area relaxing. (i especially enjoyed the shaded area.) the hotel also provided complimentary airport shuttle service.

slow check-in high chlorine

check-in was a bit slow and disorganized i found. there was a bit of confusion about my reservation. the pool seemed to have very high chlorine levels it seemed. i was not comfortable allowing my children to swim there and they were disappointed. i think the hotel should monitor the pool chemicals more closely

attentive staff breakfast variety high rates racist bartender

The breakfast was good. almond and oat milk were available, which i appreciated. i also found the staff at breakfast were attentive. the room was splendid. Netflix on the tv was a bonus (it felt so romantic).

the laundry rates seemed excessively high. a pair of socks cost 150rs. i was not made aware of the charges upfront. the bartender at the rooftop restaurant made generalizing remarks about my country.

attentive staff efficient front office

i found the staff genuinely attentive to my needs the restaurant boasts delicious food and the front office was very efficient i appreciated the prime location close to the airport it simplified my travel plans .

i encountered a somewhat crowded lobby during peak hours it looked many events were hosted concurrently this detracted slightly from the otherwise peaceful ambience i experienced.
