The staff provided a warm welcome (i really felt at home). the rooms were spacious and modern. i found the food to be quite good. The portions were generous. the view of the runway from my room was very nice.

Subpar Experience at a high price
untrained staff billing error
I experienced some issues . The front desk staff seemed undertrained. The check-in process was NOT smooth. Billing errors occurred during checkout. I had to point out laundry charges were incorrect. Staff should know which rooms have discounts, not the guest. This lack of preparedness was frustrating.

large rooms runway view special attention
i adored the large rooms. the view of the runway was lovely from my window. ruchika and shreya gave special attention to my needs (i really appreciated their thoughtfulness).
the evening cocktail hours are short, only between 6 pm and 7 pm.

the hotel is very close to the airport , , made my travel easy. my room, a junior suite, included a separate living area. the housekeeping staff, especially irfan, kept my room impeccably clean.
i found the breakfast buffet to be a little crowded during peak hours.

Chef Johny Dabre's personal attention at breakfast stood out. He provided special touches. The housekeeping staff ensured my room remained immaculate and comfortable. Front desk staff were helpful and courteous, specifically honoring my request for a runway view room.
The lounge food quality was not high. Some snacks lacked warmth.

really good attention to detail
smooth check-in nice experience
chef dabre created a nice dining experience for us. he was attentive and personally checked on a guest who had been waiting. the front office team arranged balloon and flower decorations in an upgraded room to celebrate my parents' anniversary. rochelle escorted us to our rooms and ensured a smooth check-in.
