FANTASTIC experience!

The housekeeping staff was very attentive. Cleaning was performed with great attention to detail. I thank Manish and Shyam Rathod, the housekeeping Manager, for their professionalism. The hotel offered airport transfer, very near, a HUGE plus. I thank Tulasha who made this happen with her kindness and support. Our room IS very spacious and super clean.
The cost felt a little high for the quality OF breakfast. I expected cleaner rooms OR more attentive service.

The breakfast buffet had A delicious variety of options! Abhishek, Sahil, Zovi, and chef Bhakti ensured we were happy with our meals and breakfast. Their attentiveness impressed me.

The location offers metro connectivity and is close to the airport. The hotel IS very convenient for travelers needing quick access. This proximity simplifies travel logistics IMMENSELY.

slow check-inbad plumbing
the check-in process felt slow! also, getting help with my bags took longer than i expected, and arranging a car to the airport was delayed. the shower lacked hot water, and i thought the plumbing wasn't up to par. i expect more from a five-star hotel.

the room was very comfortable. the food and service in the restaurant were excellent! the staff fulfilled all my wishes. i especially thank mr aatmaram bagwe for taking care of me.
the tv did not work. there were no channels, netflix, or hotel information available!

fantastic stay near airport
memory pillowexcellent gymrelaxing spacefaulty television
i found the bed was very comfortable. it even had a memory foam pillow. the gym was excellent and had all equipment i needed. the pool area offers a relaxing space after a long journey. it includes plenty of loungers.
the television in the room was not operational. i would like to see that addressed .

the room includes two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. fresh linens were supplied daily by housekeeping. the room offers complimentary wifi, which allowed me to stay connected. there were sufficient charging outlets near the desk.
