the room was clean , and the housekeeping service was efficient.

I was quite disappointed , to discover the hotel charges a hefty fee for a short transfer to the airport . A very short drive away. charging such amount for a ride that short feels like a rip-off , particularly checking out late. this, especially given the hotel aims to represent international hospitality standards. it seemed unreasonable , given the short distance.

the room was clean , and the provided snacks were a nice touch after my travels. nem kumar and the housekeeping staff showed excellent service. i particularly appreciated their extra effort to accommodate my needs.

i found the airport transport charges unexpectedly high , unlike many hotels that include shuttle services. the hotel quoted a considerable amount for a short drive. thankfully , i arranged a much cheaper uber.
