distracted staffbland food

the service i received was inconsistent. at times, the staff was distracted and not fully engaged. this was noticeable during check-in, and it impacted the overall experience. additionally, the in-room dining menu could use some improvement. the selection felt limited, and the food i ordered did not quite meet expectations... the flavors were rather bland, and the presentation lacked attention to detail.

The location is quite convenient, with easy access to key areas.

I encountered several issues . The room service was surprisingly slow. I waited nearly an hour for a simple order, irritating. It made sleeping in impossible. I hope the hotel addresses these issues.

The food here is wonderful. I found a great breakfast buffet with many choices of fresh cooked meals. The staff is friendly to guests. I appreciate the attentiveness given to me.

I noticed a banging noise coming from the room next to mine when I arrived at my room. I asked the workmen in the hall to stop the noise. They did stop the noise, but then I smelled something terrible, it was unpleasant. I think that they were painting the room next to mine.

the gym had free weights going all the way to 20 kg plus good machines. baljeet, the trainer there, gave me fantastic help and guidance. the indoor pool was great and provided a relaxing escape. the dhilli restaurant served delicious meals, i would highly recommend it!

excellent moment at this hotel

kind staffcute greetinglush greenerybanging noise

the staff was kind and very attentive to needs. i really appreciate same smile and cute greeting from day one. i wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and feel very grateful. the location feels sublime and is surrounded by lush greenery.

when i arrived at the room, the banging noise next door was terrible. i asked the workmen to please stop because it was too loud. they did stop, but a terrible smell started spreading. housekeeping sprayed something in the room, but it was still unpleasant.
