the location near the airport was very convenient for my travel plans. the staff showed really good warmth and professionalism making my visit great.

The check-in process was a bit slow. I hope they can improve speed.

The breakfast buffet was quite enjoyable. It provided a decent start to the day.

My check-in was not smooth at all. It took an excessive amount of time and felt disorganized. the staff member seemed inexperienced, and i felt the process could have been handled more efficiently.. this delay was frustrating after a long journey. additionally, the promised air purifier for the room never arrived despite repeated assurances, this was like a lapse in attention to detail.

the room service was fast, a real treat. mr kaushik was on top of it, bringing my food right away. i even got free fruit, awesome. i really appreciate quick service and it gave me a good break.

the lobby was really busy, so i did not get a super speedy check-in, a little delay getting settled.
