okay experience overall

clean room minimalistic design free alcohol slow process chaotic lobby delayed delivery

i stayed one night because of a long connection and i must say the room was very clean. the design had a minimalistic style i appreciated. a nice set of free alcohol was in the complimentary mini bar. the restaurant in the lobby area offered great taste and service.

the check-in process was slow i think. there was no one available to greet guests.

The breakfast buffet was quite enjoyable. It provided a decent start to the day.

My check-in was not smooth at all. It took an excessive amount of time and felt disorganized. the staff member seemed inexperienced, and i felt the process could have been handled more efficiently.. this delay was frustrating after a long journey. additionally, the promised air purifier for the room never arrived despite repeated assurances, this seemed like a lapse in attention to detail.

I stayed here recently. the location near the airport made travel simple. the food i ate was delicious! i especially enjoyed the service provided in my room. It came promptly and was beautifully presented. everything was great.

finding someone to help with bags took longer than expected.

wow, room service!

fast service free fruit quick service

the room service was fast, a real treat. mr kaushik was on top of it, bringing my food right away. i even got free fruit, awesome. i really appreciate quick service and it gave me a good break.

the lobby was really busy, so i did not get a super speedy check-in, a little delay getting settled.

The hotel is close to the airport. A taxi only took ten minutes. complimentary coffee is available in the lounge. That's convenient. breakfast had good food. They had many things to eat and were quick to refill items
