adequate experience at this location
breakfast buffet attentive staffs helpful staff high car price constant lies pressured ordering
the breakfast buffet included a huge variety of options. staffs were attentive i felt. mr narender rawat was helpful i noticed. the rooms were spacious and super clean it's true.
the hotel car was more than ten times the price of a cab. staff were constantly lying to us about things at times.

Underwhelming Service at a Supposedly Grand Place
broken plug unresponsive service
I had some issues . The bedside plug in my room was not working and the electrician took an hour to arrive and repair it. When I asked for more water, the guy who delivered my food said it would be sent soon, but no one ever brought it, and I had to call multiple times to get a response.

an ok stay with service quirks
slow breakfast service inattentive waiter
The staff at check in greeted me warmly and efficiently. It was acceptable.
I found the location a bit out of the way. also, breakfast service was slow. It took a while to get my order. i waited quite some time for a cup of tea one morning. The waiter seemed more interested in his phone.

a satisfactory stay
large selection helpful staff annoying habit cold air
the breakfast was quite good with a large selection. the gym had adequate equipment including treadmills and weights. i found mr purshotam on the ground floor helpful when i needed a taxi. sumit at restaurant cafe knosh provided great service.
the air conditioning was locked on cold in my room. i could not adjust it to a comfortable temperature. the waiting staff had an annoying habit of walking away while taking my order. this led to confusion with the courses.

Excellent Hotel Experience, Highly Recommend!
I really enjoyed the helpful staff. Everyone catered to us. My experience was excellent. I also liked the bar managed by Nikunj, Roshan and Priya, what options they have! The drinks were nice, and I appreciated the food in Cherry Bar.

Fab Stay, Will Return!
warm staff lovely stay
Our visit was fantastic. The staff went beyond to. The food was excellent too, I love it! We had a lovely stay and enjoyed every minute.
The room's mini-fridge was not cooling. It looked to be broken and I had hoped it was fixed, I will recommend it for repair.
