amazing ocean view suite!
fresh flowers personalized welcome notes
the staff ensured every detail was perfect! i appreciated the fresh flowers, personalized welcome notes, and thoughtful amenities in my ocean view suite. the housekeeping staff arranged my belongings with care, i loved it.
the room service was a little slow! i had high expectations based on other oberoi properties, it needs improvement. hopefully next time i visit, this issue will be resolved.

The hotel includes a gym, a pool and spa facilities. Future guests can benefit from each of these amenities. the pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, offering a complete workout.

my room featured a spacious layout with modern amenities. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. a comfortable bed was also included, it ensured a restful night.

room issues and slow service
no view slow service
The hotel car from the airport was a GOOD Mercedes with a uniformed chauffeur. The transfer was quick and pleasant.
I encountered several problems . the room initially assigned had no view. it was near the fire exit and then lost power. whatsapp customer service was below average and slow. Drink orders were delayed. the staff charged me for drinks that should have been complimentary. I had to ask for an invoice multiple times to confirm that the incorrect charge was removed.

good food really good service fruit plate duty manager
the food was really good. the service is really good , everyone is warm and professional.
the fruit plate had bugs , and the duty manager said they can not see inside the fruit. it is not value for money , unfortunately.
