Very nice Stay, Great Service!
helpful trainer excellent fitness center extraordinary quality
The fitness center is really excellent. the trainers are knowledgeable and helpful. I especially appreciated Navnath Kamthe. He's dedicated and goes the extra mile to assist. My room service was prompt. The food quality was extra ordinary.
The auto I came in was not allowed inside by security, I walked from the vehicle entrance to the lobby. This was inconvenient , especially after a long journey.

Breakfast at Fifty Five East is great. The spread is amazing, offering wide variety. The F&B team is attentive and caring, always ready to help. Every request was met with a smile .

The staff provided very GOOD service. Melroy, a waiter, went the extra mile to ensure all my wishes were met. The hotel reception, lobby, wellness facilities, and rooms were all well maintained. The ENTIRE facility has a clean ambience.

Rajesh assisted me with lunch after hours, HE showed great kindness. Tejas, Nehesh, Rajesh, Pavan, and Dhruv were great, providing excellent help with the food. Manager Rahul was also great with guest experience.

The rooms are kept very clean. Each room is spacious. The rooms included modern amenities. They were thoughtfully designed for comfort. And convenience.

The FiftyFiveEast restaurant offers an amazing buffet spread. I noticed Yuvraj and Dhruvit took great care of guests. I particularly enjoyed the garlic prawns made upon my request. Chef Rohit's sushi was also great.

The hotel SITS near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. It takes about ten minutes to drive there during normal traffic. The hotel has a central location between Bandra Kurla Complex and Andheri.

The hotel location is convenient near the airport. I noted ample parking space was available . The rooms were spacious, with excellent room service. The food QUALITY stood out. It was extra ordinary. The staff members were consistently polite and helpful.
i noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working as effectively as it should, and temperature adjustments required a few tries.

clean room tasty food
my room was very clean and well maintained.. the food quality was tasty. i especially thank royston for his excellent food service. i look forward to my next visit here.
during my stay, i found that the gym seemed somewhat dated and the pool area was not meticulously maintained. many sun loungers had stains, and some parasols had holes.

the rooms had spacious layouts with distinct zones for relaxation and work. ample parking was accessible, a practical feature with vehicles. i found the room service really good . the food quality consistently impressed me with its high standard..
during my visit, i experienced a delay in addressing a simple comfort request. the air conditioning adjustments i requested took longer than expected. this issue slightly impacted my overall experience.

variety breakfast attentive staff super clean room ample parking
i loved the variety at the breakfast buffet (especially the fresh fruit). the staff at the fifty five east restaurant were attentive. our room was super clean. the hotel offered very ample parking facilities, helpful since we rented a car.
the room service was a bit slow one evening.

the check-in process was smooth and efficient. my room, a grand king suite, was spacious and well kept. i appreciated the complimentary high-speed wifi throughout the hotel.
the breakfast buffet was often crowded, especially during peak hours (i went there around 9 am). the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. the in-room dining menu lacked some variety.
