the grounds have a long stretch of soft white sand beach. the room featured very nice furnishings and a bar setup i liked. housekeeping was fast and responsive when i requested things.

the service of chapati was slow because the tables were many and supply of bread was lacking.

Charmed by my stay!

The private beach was nice. The breakfast had a excellent spread, and the golf carts was handy for getting around. I found the rooms well maintained, also offered a nice view. The swimming pools gave different options for families, kids, and adults to use. Food options are varied. I appreciated the Royal Afghan restaurant bar.

The mattress were a bit uncomfortable at first, but hotel fixed this with a mattress topper. This resolved the problem for rest of my stay. I have no serious complains.

Staff was responsive. Housekeeping staff did a great job, and were very polite and helpful with all requests I had. I found the front office staff helpful and very kind .

The resort has spacious grounds and features well-kept landscapes. It has a closeness to a clean beach. The hotel felt safe because it had secure environment. I was very pleased with the location of this hotel.

it was a good experience (i must say). olga's warm welcome and efficient service during check-in and check-out really set the tone. abhishek and chandan swiftly resolved redemption issues, a detail i genuinely appreciated. even with the constant rain, the staff ensured every need was catered to, a very nice touch.

i must say, the food quality was not always consistent. at times, the dishes seemed to lack the finesse one expects from a luxury resort. i hope they address this minor issue to ensure a consistently high-quality dining experience for all guests in the future.

i found kebabs and kurries offered a good sabz biryani, one of the best vegetarian biryanis i have tasted. shakti recommended this dish based on my dietary preferences and chef onkar ensured its perfection. i really enjoyed the culinary experience there.

I stayed for three nights and found a couple of things disappointing. The service felt slow at times. For example, I asked for water with ice and lemon during breakfast, and it took three servers to complete the request. One brought the glass, another the ice, and a third the lemon. This happened quite often, impacting the efficiency of the service.
