the buffet lunch at the dining room was a big let down. the food selection was limited. there were just two or three main course options. i needed pita bread, i asked the server for it but it did not arrive even after finishing desserts. they charged 5% service charge on the overall bill, i refused to pay it. the service was bad.

i thought the pool area was really amazing. it was very well kept and always had a nice temperature. the grounds were pretty and there was always a lot for kids to do there, especially the kids club.

the ala carte dining wasn't so great. it did not seem like what i would expect for a five-star hotel. one time, the main course came before the drinks and appetizers, not ideal.

Really good Service and Beautiful Hotel

The staff offered amazing service. They were pretty good too. Special thanks to Deepmala, she provided us with the best room with amazing views and took care of my baby's birthday celebration. Chef Anil kept up the hotel's standards. He provided really good dishes. Nidhi took care of my vegan requirements, and Jenesha provided perfect service. Ajit, Pralad, Ayush, and Sonu from housekeeping gave fabulous service.

I found the buffet lunch at the Dining Room to be lacking. The selection of food, especially the main course, was very limited. I felt the price did not reflect the variety or quality of the food offered. I recommend they include more dishes or reduce the price.

The hotel boasts a beautiful location overlooking a pretty bay. The views are particularly fine at sunset. Lush grounds feature various trees, flowers, and an abundance of birds. Relics of a 17th-century chapel add to the atmosphere.

the staff were friendly particularly at the poolside grill the food was amazing the facilities catered for all ages i found activities available for everyone i also appreciated the variety of dining options i saw several types of cuisine available i enjoyed the accessibility throughout the hotel hotel.

i noticed the beach access from the hotel was under repair this limited beach visits it was not a clean beach i did not visit that beach again i suggest planning for alternative beach options.
