the lawns were nicely maintained, it was soothing.
the cancellation policy is rigid. cancelling the reservation requires at least 15 days advance notice. the check-in process also included excessive paperwork.

Relaxing Stay Near the Sea

After a busy tour I stayed here for relaxation. I received a room upgrade to a villa with a private pool. The open grounds were well maintained and provided space. The beach was accessible with a lifeguard present.
I found the breakfast service to be lacking attention. The staff seemed overwhelmed and slow to respond to requests. This detracted from the otherwise excellent experience I had.

Our upgraded room included a private pool, a welcome surprise after a hectic tour. Reception staff were helpful. The housekeeping and evening turn down service were perfect. We even received a foot bath and extra treats.
The new management implemented changes. I felt that the hotel fell short of a five-star experience.

the staff was very helpful. i created some nice memories and the sunsets were beautiful to witness. i enjoyed the activities available, like yoga, the beach view and cycling. i must mention the new pool area, it is awesome.
i noticed slight delays in room service, but it was handled with grace.
