great care relaxing pool
the adult pool was relaxing. ismail and sreejith were very attentive each day. they provided great care, and i felt totally relaxed.
The breakfast was a bit chaotic with children. Staff watched every detail and rushed to make it perfect, it felt overbearing.

high amount hold unsure staff
The hotel was great at first. Check-in was efficient, though I did notice an unexpected hold on my credit card. It was for a very high amount. I asked for clarification, yet the staff seemed unsure about the exact amount and purpose. This lack of transparency created a bit of distrust. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

Fantastic Stay at Al Naseem
beautiful design helpful staff delicious breakfast
I found the hotel design beautiful. The staff was helpful and always available. Breakfast service had delicious and generous options. The hotel is near Wild Wadi Waterpark, very convenient for a family visit.
I noticed a lack of clear guidance to my room upon my arrival. The hotel size made it easy to get lost at first. Better signage would improve the initial experience.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed. It had a plush bed and a luxurious bathroom with upscale amenities. A private balcony offered fantastic views. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

really good service
amazing staff fresh towels perfect experience
ismail at the adults-only pool was amazing he always had our towels set up every morning. he greeted us every morning with a smile and remembered our leaving date. we cannot thank him enough for making our experience perfect.
the service was unfortunately not up to par when the lights were turned off while i was still in the room.
