I enjoyed my stay. the room was clean. housekeeping ensured a super clean environment throughout my stay. the staff were very attentive! i also appreciated the quick and efficient laundry service. My clothes returned impeccably cleaned and pressed.

The italian restaurant piatti was dreadful, the staff were not warm. they were constantly staring and watching us eating like ready to pounce if a plate was empty. Food was very plain and expensive

the hotel gave me a premier palm view room. it included a balcony. breakfast was varied and had many delicious options.
the shampoo did not have a luxurious smell. i also found the fragrance kind of cheap. i was charged for water at the pool , when i wanted extra bottles.

the premier palm view room had a lovely balcony , perfect for watching sunsets. the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of pastries and fresh fruit , it was a good start to each day.
the gym equipment felt a bit outdated.
