Fantastic Hotel Experience!

polite staff helpful staff fresh towels clean room

The staff were polite and helpful. The valet was always available to call a taxi or open doors. We were given fresh water and towels daily. Housekeeping was efficient and kept the room ALWAYS clean.

The gym wasn't very big, and it was under maintenance .

the club lounge was disappointing. it seemed like a converted restaurant. the afternoon tea was not good with only two kinds of sandwiches. breakfast had slow coffee service, sometimes waiting 35 minutes (a long time for a coffee).

nice view polite staff uncomfortable bed aged furniture

the location were very good. i likes the view on the presidential palace and the sea. access by car are very easy. i like the friendly staff, it was easy to check in, and i enjoy the nice breakfast.

the bed were very uncomfortable. i wakes up with back pain all over. the furniture in the room felt aged, even the hotel appears relatively new.

The hotel staff was helpful. They were always smiling. The location is superb... The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The check-in process was slow. I found a bad smell in the dressing room. It was not pleasant.

attentive staff spacious rooms

The attentive staff was wonderful. the breakfast buffet had such a large variety of food. i especially loved the spacious rooms. It was such a beautiful experience.

during happy hour, the club lounge was busy. the choice of drinks were uninspired.

smart gadgets room dining responsive staff

the room had smart gadgets for light and curtain control. the room dining experience was also nice. the staff was very responsive, especially when we needed anything .

the minibar was completely empty, which i found surprising.
