Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The staff were polite and helpful. The valet was always available to call a taxi or open doors. We were given fresh water and towels daily. Housekeeping was efficient and kept the room ALWAYS clean.

The gym wasn't very big, and it was under maintenance .

the club lounge was disappointing. it was like a converted restaurant. the afternoon tea was not good with only two kinds of sandwiches. breakfast had slow coffee service, sometimes waiting 35 minutes (a long time for a coffee).

the location were very good. i likes the view on the presidential palace and the sea. access by car are very easy. i like the friendly staff, it was easy to check in, and i enjoy the nice breakfast.

the bed were very uncomfortable. i wakes up with back pain all over. the furniture in the room felt aged, even the hotel appears relatively new.

the buffet breakfast i found was the best i had on my trip. rooms were very spacious with modern interior design. staff were very courteous and helpful. i enjoyed the easy check in process a lot.

the club lounge experience was a bit disappointing. there was a limited selection of low-quality spirits. the afternoon tea consisted of minimal sandwich and cake options and building work created constant noise.
