excellent service warm service great attention

richard at club millésime offered excellent service. he was attentive making me feel genuinely looked after. his attention to detail really stood out and everything felt easy. my experience was smooth comfortable and nice.

i found the seats and tables in two restaurants to be dirty. they seemed too old for a five-star hotel. my request for hard pillows was not fulfilled. there was only one bathrobe available for two people.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of asian indian mediterranean and continental dishes. the rotation of the menu kept things fresh and interesting. the executive lounge on the 35th floor offered fine panoramic views.

Service Misses the Mark... Repeatedly

indifferent staff negligent service

The location was okay. Easy enough to catch a taxi from there.

The room wasn't properly cleaned, it seems! I went out for the morning only to return, and the room hadn't been touched by housekeeping. Phoned to complain. The staff member seemed indifferent. Later, I ate in the restaurant, but the server spilled a drink on me and barely apologized. I had to ask for napkins. It's all quite annoying.

The staff was notably friendly and helpful. The room featured excellent amenities. Attention was given to detail in the décor. The furnishings was to be high quality.
