the location was perfect. the entrance was beautiful and cute. the reception staff were excellent, they were fast and helpful.

The service at the pool bar was very poor. Nobody came to check on me or take an order. i noticed one bartender tasted the cocktail mix with a spoon. then he used the same spoon without washing to pour out the drink. This is unhygienic.

I found jashu provided very good service. she addressed everything i asked for quickly and she was always kind. the location is excellent. It is really a key feature. the ambiance throughout the hotel is pleasant and calming.

the pool was somewhat small and quite crowded. finding two free loungers was difficult for my family.

the room was spacious and the location was acceptable.

The service at the pool bar was poor. I sat myself and nobody came to take my order. i went to the bar, placed an order, and it took a long time. while at the bar, i saw a bartender taste a cocktail mix with a spoon then use the same spoon to pour the drink, it was unhygienic.
