i found the breakfast amazing with many different options to choose from it included many egyptian options i enjoyed. the staff was helpful in explaining how the dishes were prepared. i booked a trip and the experience included snacks and drinks it was a nice tour. the hotel location is near many restaurants. there were many beds around the pool and lagoon so i found space.
the music was loud i felt sometimes i could not talk to the person next to me i think it could be less loud.

the staff members were very helpful and cute they were always smiling and ready to assist with any request the guest relations team was particularly attentive to every need.

the noise insulation was poor. i could hear street noise and party music until 3 am, disturbing my sleep. the windows needed better insulation to block out the loud music and noise.
