The room i got was pretty basic, honestly. it had this tired decor, a definite throwback! also, the bathroom situation wasn't great. Water pressure was super low, so showering seemed like a joke. then, at the buffet, the food was often lukewarm at best, and sometimes, i swear, the meat dishes were recycled from the previous day. it was kind of a letdown, i expected more!!!

the standard of food in the main restaurant was very poor. i found the food inedible and not for british customers. i felt i had to eat at restaurants in soho square at an additional cost to myself

the hotel staff were cute and helpful. rasha in the main restaurant provided AMAZING service. mina patiently completed his tasks with care. all restaurant staff were quick to clear tables and serve food. the staff outside were very informative when i had questions.

The staff were helpful. The location is very close to Soho Square.

The food lacked variety, especially for vegetarians. The same basic dishes were served every day. The head chef tried to accommodate me, but I was still disappointed. Cross-contamination was an issue because vegetarian food was prepared on the same pans as meat items.

The staff provided great service in the restaurant. Rasha, amr, fady, and abdullah were very helpful. mostafa at the bar made amazing drinks daily.

The check-out process was terrible. After the wristbands were removed, i could not access most services except soft drinks. i had to wait five hours for the airport transfer without food. everything outside the hotel opens only in the evening, so i could not buy anything. i have not experienced this at other hotels.

the rooms were so clean and spacious with fresh sheets every day. the air conditioning worked wonderfully i must add. i liked that hotel features several lovely pools. one pool was quiet and perfect for relaxation. also, the shuttle to the beach was very convenient it ran frequently.

the gym equipment seemed worn, i think a bit of updating is due.
