The restaurants offered amazing food. I especially enjoyed the Mediterranean, Cilantro, Soprano, and Culina restaurants!!! The lifeguards were very attentive. I felt safe and relaxed thanks to their diligence. There was free access to tennis courts.

The soundproofing was non-existent.

the pools were nice and provided a good way to cool off during the hot days.

the food was repetitive and bland , especially in the main buffet restaurant. the same dishes looked day after day , and the quality was not what i expect from a hotel in this category. also , i found that the staff's english was limited .

i found a beautiful beach within easy reach from the hotel. heated pools and sun loungers were readily available too. our beautiful family room was really large and super clean. i really liked the live entertainment every day, it was great!

i think, on the whole our experience was great. however, i feel staff working in the restaurant should be more respectful. especially, they need to give female guests space to enjoy meals. family comfort is key!

the reef reminded me of swimming in an aquarium.. mohammad kept the room clean. i enjoyed my time at the à la carte restaurant cilantro.

the pools were somewhat chilly. i also didn't find the entertainment to be what i had hoped for, it needs a bit more change.
