Decent stay overall

attentive staff food quality positive attitude slow wifi noisy pool delayed drinks

The staff members worked hard. I especially appreciated the attentiveness at the pool area. The food offered variety at both the buffet and a la carte restaurants. Ahmed and Faris at the Cohiba bar provided service every day with Very nice attitudes.

The wifi was slow. I experienced multiple disconnections.

friendly staff varied food super clean housekeeping heated pools

the staff was very friendly and always ready to assist i found the food to be fresh and varied the housekeeping kept everything super clean my room was always clean and well-kept. the pools were heated which allowed for a comfortable swim even when the weather was a bit cooler. the main buffet had many options with the food being above average in taste and preparation.

the gym equipment looked somewhat dated i saw that some machines needed maintenance or replacement. the air conditioning in the rooms could be quieter it sometimes disrupted sleep.

Facilities
