Decent stay overall

attentive staff food quality positive attitude slow wifi noisy pool delayed drinks

The staff members worked hard. I especially appreciated the attentiveness at the pool area. The food offered variety at both the buffet and a la carte restaurants. Ahmed and Faris at the Cohiba bar provided service every day with Very nice attitudes.

The wifi was slow. I experienced multiple disconnections. Late-night parties disturbed sleep even in back-row rooms.

fantastic resort experience

friendly staff varied food super clean housekeeping heated pools

the staff was very friendly and always ready to assist i found the food to be fresh and varied the housekeeping kept everything super clean my room was always clean and well kept. the pools were heated which allowed for a comfortable swim even when the weather was a bit cooler. the main buffet had many options with the food being above average in taste and preparation.

the gym equipment was somewhat dated i saw that some machines needed maintenance or replacement. the air conditioning in the rooms could be quieter it sometimes disrupted sleep.

the resort features multiple swimming pools some include dedicated areas for children i noticed the main pool had about twenty sun loungers and several shaded sections. a well-equipped gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes available for guest use

the hotel is near the airport transfers were quick the journey took only about 15 minutes. the hotel offers easy access to local shops transport is readily available for visits to nearby attractions

my beautiful room had two separate sinks in the bathroom a rainfall shower was included. i appreciated the comfortable bed and the efficient air conditioning the minibar was restocked daily with water and soft drinks

admirable experience

food variety infinity pool quick walk

I found the food variety very good, and several bars had snacks available all day. insula was my favorite bar, it overlooked an infinity pool, a sea view. i also enjoyed soho square. Its proximity meant it was just a quick walk from our hotel.
