i like the family room, it fitted two adults and two kids comfortably. the room provided easy access to the pool, nice, especially since i had kids. the evening entertainment was enjoyable. kids also enjoyed the disco from 8:30 to 9.

gym is aged and it has no water or towels.

I liked how many pools there were. the water slides were fun for all ages i feel. the bus to the beach was a plus. I enjoyed snorkelling !

The food got repetitive, i noticed. local alcohol quality was lacking, there were no alternatives. the entertainment lacked local flavor. I wished there was arabic music at least once since we came to experience the culture.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful . The aqua park is amazing with access to the Aqua Blue facilities, an additional benefit. I was upgraded to a spacious room with an extra sofa, very convenient. The food was excellent, and I found the night shows very entertaining for both adults and kids.

The key cards sometimes stopped working, a slight inconvenience.

The hotel is conveniently located near attractions. Access to neighboring sister hotel facilities added extra luxury. A club car and a train took us around the resort. This provided great convenience for traveling around the area.

The room included a separate living area with comfortable seating. A well-stocked mini-fridge was in the room, and was refilled daily. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy. (They even made towel animals!).

the villa was very nice with spacious bedrooms that feature en-suites. there were two living rooms also. a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. the private pool was a highlight for the family. the villa stayed clean and the staff hospitality impressed.

The aqua park IS amazing with many pools and slides. The food had a large variety, and everything tasted great. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help, especially mohammad mansour, a great housekeeper. I really enjoyed the nightly shows and daily activities.

The gym equipment needs updating. Several treadmills were out of service.

Our Beautiful Family Room had plenty of space. It included a separate seating area and a balcony. There were two queen beds, very convenient for my family and me. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
