super clean room convenient location effective ac

The location was very convenient. Both the beach and other attractions were nearby. The room was super clean and well kept daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff made sure I had water, tea, and coffee daily.

The breakfast options were quite repetitive. The menu didn't change much .

the staff was very friendly especially mahmoud zaghloul at the pool bar (i always felt welcome). the hotel was clean and the beds were comfy.

the reception area looked old with many artificial flowers. the food was often the same and not very tasty.

private beach great staff old reception run-down ground

i liked the private beach. It was beautiful. The staff were great too. Ahmed safwat from section 22 took special care of us. He made sure all needs were met and the room stayed super clean.

the reception area in the hotel is very old. It is filled with artificial flowers EVERYWHERE. They look more like funeral decorations. The hotel grounds are old and run-down.

own reef tasty food dirty room broken equipment

the hotel had its own reef where i could snorkel. it was excellent and worth seeing only for this. the food was tasty and varied also.

the room wasnt particularly clean. there was hairs on the beds and i saw faeces on the toilet brush. the gym equipment, especially the cardio machines did not turn on and the rest was broken.

poor service insufficient cleaning

I found the room service to be quite poor. Each time I contacted them, they didn't seem able to find a solution. I had to insist repeatedly for them to even come. The cleanliness was disappointing. There was dust and ants everywhere in the shower and the hallway. The beach was also difficult to access, essentially nonexistent.

relaxing stay

helpful staff clean rooms

The staff were really good. They were always cheerful and helpful. the food was delicious and the rooms were clean. the sea is perfect and good for snorkeling. there were enough sunbeds for everyone.

The DECOR was tacky. my biggest peeve is with management. We had to stay at the reception for a while till our flight and there was a 'party' ie drinks and the volume of the speakers and music was like at 10.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

loud music annoying volume

The pools were ample (I never felt crowded).

The constant loud music near the main pool and beach made relaxing difficult. This intense volume continued even after water activities finished. This made conversation nearly impossible during the afternoon, really annoying.
