I found the room service to be quite poor. Each time I contacted them, they didn't seem able to find a solution. I had to insist repeatedly for them to even come. The cleanliness was disappointing. There was dust and ants everywhere in the shower and the hallway. The beach was also difficult to access, essentially nonexistent.

The staff were really good. They were always cheerful and helpful. the food was delicious and the rooms were clean. the sea is perfect and good for snorkeling. there were enough sunbeds for everyone.

The DECOR was tacky. my biggest peeve is with management. We had to stay at the reception for a while till our flight and there was a 'party' ie drinks and the volume of the speakers and music was like at 10.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The pools were ample (I never felt crowded).

The constant loud music near the main pool and beach made relaxing difficult. This intense volume continued even after water activities finished. This made conversation nearly impossible during the afternoon, really annoying.
