terrible alcoholloud air conditioning

the alcohol quality was terrible, probably all over egypt it is like that. breakfast was not good at all. other meals were quite good, but you have to watch carefully what you eat. the restaurant is very large, it takes a lot of time to walk around the whole thing. at least at dinner the waiters could bring the drinks to the table themselves. after a couple of days, we stopped them and asked, and they brought them, but that much table service would be nice. the music played very loud for a very long time in the evening. the air conditioning in the room was very loud and smelly, so we left the patio door open, but it was very noisy even though our room was far away.

The rooms were very comfy and tidy. They included all necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and helpful at reception. the animation team was energetic, offering daily activities that kept everyone entertained. evening shows were fantastic, creative, and enjoyable for both adults and children.

every member of our group got sick on the day we left the hotel. we ate exclusively at the hotel's restaurants during our four-night stay. it's likely the cause of our illness came from the hotel food.

wonderful stay

clean roomswimming pooldynamic atmosphere

i found the staff very kind and friendly. the room was very clean and quiet. a variety of swimming pool depths suited both kids and adults. the aquapark was wonderful with plenty of types of games for different ages. lifeguards were always on the spot.

there was a slight lack of variety in the kids buffet, after three days we had to resort to the adults meals.

the reception team and towel restaurant provided excellent management and friendly service. breakfast and dinner at the towel restaurant were excellent. chef fathi showed pride in his served food. the towel restaurant manager oversaw everything with hospitality.

The staff members were professional. The rooms were neat and clean. Everything matched expectations. The reception team was efficient, particularly Ziad, Emad, and Mr Ihab, the front office manager. I HIGHLY recommend this place for families.

the Waterslides were AMAZING, i am happy it was heated. dinner AND breakfast tasted alright. WE really liked the bread.

the beef and shell-fish tasted so-so. the pool table FELT sticky, the pool was not cleaned. Our room GOT cleaned every day.
