the breakfast had excellent quality in the restaurant. the spa had two pools, one outdoor with mountain views and one indoor with saunas. water temperature felt comfortable in the pool.

the room had only a shower and i was hoping for a bath. the hair dryer burned out when i turned it on and it smelled bad in the room. they advised ventilating the room.

The room felt quite cramped. the bed was too low, and the mattress was uncomfortably hard for my taste. soundproofing was seriously lacking. I could hear conversations and bathroom activities from adjacent rooms (which is annoying). it really detracted from the overall experience i was hoping for.

i found the breakfast lovely with many choices. i loved the smoked fish and local cheeses. the spa pool was clean and the specialized showers were good. i got a room upgrade to a lake view room on the 6th floor and its bathroom was awesome. gardens are fine, i loved them.

the hairdryer burned once, leaving a bad smell in the room.

The room assigned was smaller than expected for the price paid. the air conditioning unit emitted a rattling noise intermittently. It disrupted sleep. the concierge gave terse responses. I expected better assistance.

The breakfast service was not great. It seemed like the food quality had declined. also, the room was quite small. i had expected more space for the price i paid, especially since i booked directly through the hotel. That didn't seem advantageous after all. it was a bit frustrating to end up in one of the smallest rooms despite that.

I loved the breakfast. It was amazing. the staff was helpful and friendly. i especially liked the indoor and outdoor POOL. i swam every day in it.

upon arrival i found out the spa and restaurant were fully booked, THAT'S disappointing. the room only had a shower, not a bath. the hairdryer burned after i turned it on.
