i found the proximity to the airport very convenient. The free shuttle service started early enough at 4:30 am. check-in and check-out were easy processes. i thought the staff were very friendly.

the air conditioning didn't cool the room sufficiently. i also noticed the soap dispenser at the sink was not working. limited soap was available for a four-star hotel. body lotion was missing.
