i found the breakfast selection extensive, with many options available. the hotel includes a private dock for boat tours, that was helpful. the turndown service was a nice extra. mattia, at the front desk, was very helpful and he provided great recommendations.
the food menu seemed limited so i took taxis for other meals.

the hotel is near the tavernola ferry base, it's a very short walk. a walking path to the city center runs along the water, i enjoyed the views. the hotel own dock means boat tours pick you up right there.

the staff was very friendly (i was grateful for their assistance). the breakfast had great variety. it included fresh fruit and pastries. i also liked the location on the lake. the view was very nice.
my room faced the road and i could hear traffic. the noise was noticeable at night. the restaurant menu was not extensive. i found my options limited.
