prime location helpful staff excellent recommendations
i was impressed by the hotel's prime location right in the city center. i could easily walk to main attractions and shops. the staff at the front desk were helpful. they provided excellent recommendations and assistance with directions.
my room lacked a full-length mirror, inconvenient. i had to use a smaller mirror in the bathroom for dressing.

Really good stay!

perfect location friendly staff
The location was perfect. Everything i wanted to visit was walkable from there. The staff was really friendly and helpful, a good surprise. The room size is one of the biggest that i have stayed in.
I requested rooms with a mall view, but i received rooms overlooking the backside. Waste was dumped there, disappointing.

The rooms includes great art on the walls and good lightning. The king size bed was so comfortable. The bathroom had fabulous design and all the necessary amenities.

The staff was helpful and polite. Mina at the front office provides great support . Karolina at concierge gave my parents and i the best experience. I am grateful.

The restaurant food was much better than nearby offerings, i enjoy it. Breakfast was nice and you will find everything you like, amazing. The hotel is close to Duomo Metro.

freezing temperature low quality breakfast
The room's temperature was freezing! it seemed like a polar climate in there. also, the arrangement was impractical. I couldn't even find a light switch near the bed, just great at night. i thought the low quality breakfast was quite sad. it applied both to sweet and savoury choices.. applied twice.
