i was impressed by the hotel's prime location right in the city center. i could easily walk to main attractions and shops. the staff at the front desk were helpful. they provided excellent recommendations and assistance with directions.

my room lacked a full-length mirror, inconvenient. i had to use a smaller mirror in the bathroom for dressing.

Really good stay!

The location was perfect. Everything i wanted to visit was walkable from there. The staff was really friendly and helpful, a good surprise. The room size is one of the biggest that i have stayed in.

I requested rooms with a mall view, but i received rooms overlooking the backside. Waste was dumped there, disappointing.

The room's temperature was freezing! it seemed like a polar climate in there. also, the arrangement was impractical. I couldn't even find a light switch near the bed, just great at night. i thought the low quality breakfast was quite sad. it applied both to sweet and savoury choices.. applied twice.
