The room was large and bright with expansive windows. I found the bed quite comfortable. Breakfast offered plenty of options and available seating even during peak hours. Free parking was a great perk, and I enjoyed the hotel's pool. I found the reception staff both helpful and cute.

The pool area was super clean, and the sauna and steam room both maintained good temperatures? I saw that the gym featured two sections. One for cardio and the other for strength training. I loved the pool. but the sauna was better!

my room felt really big. the windows were big to. i enjoyed the pool, and it helped that parking was free. the staff at reception were all kind.

i notice little wear in some areas, such as minor scuffs on the furniture.

I was greeted warmly upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth. my room was well-equipped with a fridge and complimentary goodies, this was a lovely surprise! the on-site leisure center had excellent facilities, i really enjoyed the pool and the sauna, it was spotlessly clean and sufficiently hot. the breakfast selection had many options and the haggis was awesome. I'm so happy i got to try it!

poor roomlimescale kettle

i feel let down considering this was a holiday inn. the room looked quite poor. i stayed in other ihg hotels recently and received much better value. breakfast also disappointed me because it was not included and pastries disappeared quickly. the kettle had limescale at the bottom, a thing that really bothered me.
