Inconsistent Service Mars Otherwise Acceptable Stay

I experienced some issues . The service in the restaurant was slow, especially when trying to get the bill. It took a very long time. I had to go to the terminal on the way out to pay. I found the staff were not apologetic about this excessive waiting time. The whole experience was disappointing.

the room was a good size the bathroom had a large spa bath that i found relaxing
i had trouble with the key card opening the fire door to my room it took two staff members many attempts to open it this seemed like a safety concern there was also an adjoining room with an unlocked door the staff seemed dismissive when i mentioned these issues at checkout i didn't appreciate that
