i remember the grounds held a certain magic, a gazebo nestled near a fountain. the receptionist had a smile, a warm welcome after my travels. i remember the bathroom felt large, a place of serenity, and the beautiful room provided all we needed.

i was disappointed with the breakfast. there weren't any bowls for cereal. also, the floor in the restaurant felt sticky, not very clean. these problems bothered me.

the staff were cute and helpful. i found the room to be spacious and quiet, facing a well kept garden. the hotel is located in a peaceful residential area, providing ample parking space.

I found the breakfast pastries were uncovered. This could easily be addressed.

i had lunch with my relatives. every staff member i spoke to showed really good kindness. the food was also excellent and we had the lunch menu.

The hairdryer gave me an electric shock. the plug was faulty and fell apart. I filled out a report but the hotel hasn't even acknowledged what happened.
