I enjoyed using the pool and steam room. The hotel even welcomes dogs. The chairs were comfy in a GREAT space for relaxation.
The breakfast area felt far TOO small. The buffet serving area was also too small for the amount of people. I only had one egg option in the morning and was told only scrambled eggs were available.

The pool and spa area was disappointing. I saw peeling paint on the floor, which didn't feel luxurious (especially considering the price).

The breakfast service was poor. I had to wait a long time. the staff seemed untrained and overworked. the eating area was too busy, and the prices for food and drink were too high.

The hotel overlooked the loch. The location was great. We rented paddle boards for £15 each, including a life jacket. I used the gymwith the best equipment. Our evening meal was very good. Fine dining indeed.
The water pressure was very low in the shower. It was almost dribbling out of the shower head.
