excellent stay near loch lomond
good locationcomfortable bedbusy carriageway
the location was convenient, a short walk to town and loch lomond (loved the easy access). the caravan was clean and had good heating, especially welcome during the cooler evenings. i also appreciated the comfortable bed, it really made a difference after a long day of exploring.
i found the caravan sight was right next to a busy dual carriageway, a bit difficult to fully relax at night.

the park is close to balloch and the train station (handy for day trips!). this provides quick access to glasgow and helensburgh, so exploring other areas is easy, great for variety during your stay.

the caravan had everything i needed for the stay and was well maintained (i felt at home). a welcome basket with tea, coffee, biscuits, miniature shampoo, and shower gel added a nice touch. thick lined curtains and a comfortable bed ensured restful sleep.

a good but not perfect stay
wonderful amenitiesspacious cabindirty toiletsmuddy floor
the cabin had many wonderful amenities. it also was very spacious. the park is great for children to play, they can run free without worrying about traffic, it reminded me of such a loving and carefree place.
the bathroom facilities weren't clean. i seen muddy floors and dirty toilets. the family room bathroom facilities required payment for use of shower and hot water separately, which i thought was a little unfair.

the caravan was well kept the grounds were also well kept. it provided a comfortable setting for our holiday. we enjoyed the convenience of having everything in one place. the location allowed easy access to many towns and villages.
the absence of a games room was disappointing it was advertised on the website. this amenity would have enhanced the experience.

i found several restaurants and chip shops in the nearest town. this provided ample choices for meals outside the accommodation. the variety allowed us to explore local cuisine easily.
