the location seemed fine. breakfast was acceptable.

The staff didn't appear particularly motivated. ordering drinks became a challenge. They forgot one of my orders twice. the rooms appearance matches an industrial estate instead of luxury i was expecting.

amazing view friendly staff

the apartment offered lovely views of tarbet and the port the space was generous and well-equipped the staff exhibited friendliness and helpfulness throughout the stay the infinity pool and jacuzzi provided an amazing experience overlooking tarbet i found it accessible all year round

i encountered some significant issues relating to the heating and water systems which required assistance late at night for repairs it disrupted relaxation the design of the hotel contributed to the heating problems

the hotel enjoys a prime location with convenient access to nearby attractions the ferry to tarbet is just a short ride away, nice for easy exploration of the surrounding area the scenery is fine and offers picturesque views.

the studio apartment provided a comfortable and well-kept environment the room was equipped with essential amenities ensuring a convenient stay the bedding was nice and neat i also found that the room had a very warm ambiance.

The room had a spacious terrace plus a fine view! the hotel's proximity to the ferry terminal was convenient for exploring the loch. i savored an excellent dinner at the restaurant. The service was great!

The bungalow accommodation included french doors. These doors opened to outside garden furniture. A large grass area lay beyond. The kitchen included everything I needed, so I could eat out or in.

The check-in provided minimum information about the resort. There was no information in the room. I did not like the communal changing rooms at the spa. They felt more like public baths than a luxurious spa area.

the staff and accommodation were on point. the attention to detail was very pleasing. the resort had a great range of facilities. helpful staff maintained a high standard throughout the resort.

the king size bed is two singles pushed together. the duvet cover is two singles zipped together. i could feel the zipper.

the leisure facilities were really good. the pool and spa were super clean and clean. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area offers twenty loungers and a shaded section.

the hotel location is peaceful with beautiful scenery. the area has some great walks and access to the lochside. the resort connected easily by a foot path to the main resort. the ferry terminal is right in the resort.
