The room was spacious. Tea, coffee, and a large TV were present. Breakfast was plentiful. It had excellent choices. The staff were friendly.
The carpet was quite dirty with hairs. I don't believe it was hoovered since the last guest. There were multiple stains, and one area was threadbare. I did not want to walk barefoot.

The hotel has a restaurant for convenient dining. There is complimentary non alcoholic drink and tablet provided in the lounge each evening. Parking is available right next to the hotel. This made arrival and departure simple.

i really enjoyed our stay. the staff was friendly, the restaurant was really good. breakfast was also very good. the chef adjusted to my lactose allergy and the food is plated beautifully to feel fancy. i had no issues at breakfast having warm options and soy milk for cereal.

The staff was friendly from check-in to check-out. I had a garden room with french doors to a decking area, it was really nice to sit in the garden with my coffee in the morning. the food for both dinner and breakfast was lovely and delicious. i would definitely stay here again!
The television in the room was at a terrible angle. It was balanced on the edge of the dressing table.

The staff offered prompt service at breakfast. Fresh fruit was abundant each morning. My room had a comfortable bed with nice linens. I also liked the spacious restaurant. The chef made a delicious meal (especially the salmon!).

The room had generous size. It was like a suite. Lots of tea and biscuits were available! A pull-out bed was useful for the kids. Breakfast was generous and well cooked.
The staff were friendly enough! though they did not apologize when my pint of cider was flat.

mixed feelings about my stay
little water pressurelukewarm food
the room was not what i expected it was smaller than i thought. the shower had very little water pressure it was hard to wash properly. also the breakfast buffet was lukewarm most mornings the hot food was barely warm it was disappointing
