hard bedmissing water
the cooked breakfast was not excellent , and the bed proved hard. this resulted in a poor sleep experience. i also noticed the absence of water bottles in the rooms. this omission felt rather inconvenient for a hotel of this standard.

the staff were consistently attentive and helpful. i received a handwritten birthday note plus chocolates. the upgraded room featured a striking view of the bridges. toiletries from crabtree and evelyn were a luxurious touch.
i found the coffee in the room to be really poor quality.

the view was amazing from the dining room especially i thought. the bed was very comfortable it was a nice experience.
the check-in was fast and efficient the accommodation was good i feel. the fixed shower screen makes it difficult to turn the taps on i believe.

the bed was large and comfy , I slept so well. the super clean room included many UBLSB points and plugs. the floor night light added a tender touch. i enjoyed the views watching the changing lights as night drew closer.
a bulb in the bathroom wasn't working.

i loved the cliff side location overlooking the water. the hotel arranged a welcome gift in the room , a beautiful personal touch. the car park is spacious with easy access to public transport.
