the location was fantastic, offering easy access to many attractions. the staff members were friendly and efficient at check-in. i found the pre-dinner drinks at kyloe to be perfect, the staff was very friendly there. the huxley next door served a fabulous breakfast, and hotel guests even got a discount there.

I appreciated the upgrade to the Junior Suite. The suite included a kitchen with complete equipment. Breakfast at Huxley had Scottish dishes, and fresh orange juice was great.

The gym equipment could benefit from some updating.

the staff were super friendly and helpful! i got upgraded to a fine apartment, and every little detail was just perfect. the location was awesome, i could walk to all the main attractions!!!

My room was well decorated and comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower and provided ample space. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine. It was a nice touch for morning coffee. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any requests, I felt very welcome.

The coffee cups in the room were a bit too small for my liking. I wish there had been larger mugs.

The airport link bus dropped me very near the hotel. They kindly let me into my room despite my early arrival. The fitness room was adequately equipped. I found the jacuzzi in my room a lovely bonus.

The small cups for coffee were disappointing, I really wanted a mug. The bed felt hard to me, also the pillows were too soft. The breakfast wasn't worth the money, there are better options elsewhere.
