i found the staff very helpful and attentive. the building had gorgeous architecture. the views were amazing. breakfast and dinner both had fantastic food and good vegetarian options.
the duvet was pretty heavy for the summer. a lighter option would be great

The hotel offered various sitting rooms with mountain views. The food was very nice I found the service amazing. The building had character. Staff members were very friendly.
I noticed the tables in the bar had not been cleaned properly. They were sticky when I took my coffee through in the morning I found this quite surprising.

the hotel itself is beautiful.
our room wasnt very clean and some parts looked like they hadn't been vacuumed for a while. i had to ask twice for it to be cleaned. the housekeeping dont replenished our tea tray and left dirty cups.
