The staff demonstrated excellent friendliness and helpfulness. My Labrador received a warm welcome. This was a definite plus. The room was nice and neat. I also had dinner in the bar area and found it delicious.

I noticed a certain dated feel in the public areas of the hotel. The restaurant could use a facelift to bring it up to date. The lighting and ambiance felt a bit depressing (in my opinion).

the reception was friendly. i found a good response from them when i had a question about room service. the room itself was clean. the bed and pillows seemed good.

the housekeeper knocked on my door well before checkout. i was woken up by this. she entered the room before i could even answer (this was about an hour and twenty minutes before the stated checkout time). i thought this was an invasion of privacy.

The wedding created excessive noise. The family room was too SMALL. The sofa bed only fit one child. I found a piece of plastic in my apple crumble.
